The Bahrain Tourism & Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) is keen on capitalising on the growing trend for destination weddings, with the introduction of Exhibition World Bahrain as a new venue for larger scale weddings in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Bahrain has emerged as a prime wedding destination in the region, with surreal landscapes and attractive wedding venues combining various elements of the country: island, desert, heritage, and beach. As part of its efforts to introducing the newly opened Grand Hall, Exhibition World Bahrain organised a Wedding Designers & Planners Tour on the 2nd of May, to introduce the Grand Hall’s features and the Convention Centre’s capabilities to host Weddings requiring an increased capacity. The guest list included a host of representatives from local, regional, and international wedding companies. The Planners were welcomed to Exhibition World Bahrain by the General Manager, Dr. Debbie Kristiansen, and the Senior Management Team.
